Job Summary

Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) using advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques to fix creases, body lines, and larger dents on both steel and aluminum panels. Work in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers with state-of-the-art tools to help deliver vehicles on schedule. This role requires 5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience and the ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including mandatory overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques and perform hail repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Repair larger-sized dents, including damage to repair creases and body lines.
•Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Maintain production performance in a fast-paced, changing environment.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Advanced capability using glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair and repairing creases and body lines.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some roles may require an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use required safety equipment; must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
