Key Responsibilities

•Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty by greeting customers and addressing questions; effectively communicate the store's return policy.
•Operate the cash register, check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
•Maintain a clean back-stock area and break room; handle daily cleaning tasks and respond to theft per policies.
•Be an integral team member, report to the Store Manager if late or absent, and uphold safety consciousness in the store.
•Provide exceptional service to both in-store and phone customers, collaborating with team to achieve store goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two years of retail store experience preferred.
•High School Diploma.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
•Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
•Flexibility of schedule; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Valid driver’s license.
