Job Summary

Support the quoting and order booking process for SW/HW orders for distributors and end customers in the META region. Create sales quotes in tools like Salesforce and SAP ECC with correct item configuration, ensure TAT and accuracy SLAs, and handle customer queries and claims (non-disputes). Coordinate with internal sales, approvals, software, operations, logistics, and planning teams, report monthly metrics, and drive quality/lean initiatives using Honeywell methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Create sales quotes based on customer requirements for Honeywell products/solutions using quoting tools like Salesforce and SAP ECC, including item configuration.
•Meet TAT and accuracy SLAs while handling changed customer requirements per process guidelines.
•Check discounts and quotation policy criteria and issue quotes accordingly.
•Work with internal teams (sales, approvals, item setup, software/operations/logistics/planning & sourcing) to support quoting and order management.
•Address customer queries and claims (non-disputes), resolve process queries, report monthly TAT/accuracy metrics, and drive quality initiatives to improve efficiency and backlog handling.

Key Requirements

•Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
•Understanding of Quality Concepts and methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma).
•Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into order requirements; good analytical skills.
•Requires previous experience working on an SAP ERP platform (preferably Salesforce/Oracle order management).
•Typing speed of 35–40 WPM and strong verbal/written communication skills.
