Lead 2nd-shift production operations to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. Drive daily safety leadership with EHS partnership, oversee manufacturing schedules and production targets, monitor conformance to specifications, and resolve equipment/material issues with Maintenance and Process Engineering. Use SAP and production dashboards to analyze performance, sustain continuous improvement results, and manage employee performance, training, and disciplined, fair processes.

•Serve as a safety leader and ensure safe working environments in collaboration with EHS Manager.
•Oversee daily production, schedules, and staffing coverage to achieve production goals and efficiency improvements.
•Monitor products for conformance to specifications and investigate/flag when production standards are not met.
•Analyze production information using production dashboards and SAP, and lead continuous improvement to sustain gains.
•Supervise and develop production employees, including performance reviews, training, disciplinary processes, and managing employee relations opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite preferred) and ability to use SAP.
•Ability to solve problems using data, handle conflict, make decisions under pressure, and maintain strong organization in a fast-paced environment.
