Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization as a technical resource across the sales lifecycle. Qualify technical sales leads, serve as the main technical contact on sales calls, and address customer questions on features, specifications, functionality, and integration. Act as the lead technical point for identified accounts post-sales, collaborating with technical support and engineering to resolve issues, and provide post-sales training while delivering timely status reports.
