Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, evaluate, and respond to threats including technology, operational, severe weather, infectious disease/pandemic outbreaks, and security incidents.
  • •Maintain the Crisis Communication application, including contact information, groups, rules, and user access.
  • •Update and distribute CCM response plans, including plan memberships, tasks, and associated documents.
  • •Plan, schedule, and conduct crisis management training and response team exercises.
  • •Create executive-level incident summaries and updates, and analyze incident data to determine metrics, trends, and bank risk.
