Job Summary

Partner with Legal Product managers and stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and analytics that assess product effectiveness and business impact. Build prototypes and analytic tools, including LLM-based offerings, to speed up insight delivery for Legal decision-makers. Strengthen data models and source data from new systems alongside other engineers. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical partners, including C-level leadership, supporting Legal operations at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute new measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness and business impact of product solutions for Legal stakeholders.
•Lead and collaborate on development of new prototypes and product offerings, often LLM-based, to scale insight quality and delivery.
•Establish and maintain partnerships with business and product stakeholders to promote data-informed ways of working.
•Present analytical methodology and findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners, including C-level leadership.
•Collaborate with other engineers to source data from new systems, strengthen foundational data models, and accelerate data analysis.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in data wrangling, data analysis, metric visualization, and data storytelling for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Expertise in SQL and Python, plus dashboard/visualization design using tools such as Tableau, Plotly, and Streamlit.
•Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
•Experience building and maintaining ML models and/or designing LLM or agentic-based workflows at scale.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with business acumen, able to operate effectively in ambiguity and take ownership independently.
