  • •Oversee and innovate the global employee engagement ecosystem, including communications channels, digital engagement, intranet strategy, and physical workspaces.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • •More than 12 years of experience in Communications or a closely related field.
  • •More than 5 years of experience leading internal/employee communications with a strong passion for employee engagement.
  • •More than 2 years of experience as a people manager.
  • •Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio, and experience leading programs while managing agency partners in large, matrixed organizations.
