Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical support to customers, contractors, and applicators at construction sites and resolve complex field challenges.
  • •Develop and optimize concrete mix designs tailored to customer requirements and local materials.
  • •Investigate customer problems, complaints and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • •Support the sales team with product sampling, demonstrations, and trials at customer sites and provide technical follow-up for projects.
  • •Organize and conduct professional product presentations, seminars, and hands-on trainings for customers, applicators, and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a deep focus on concrete or concrete admixtures and related products.
  • •Kazakh and Russian language skills are mandatory, English is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in concrete technology, mix design, and troubleshooting.
