Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert technical support to customers, contractors, and applicators at construction sites and resolve complex field challenges.
•Develop and optimize concrete mix designs tailored to customer requirements and local materials.
•Investigate customer problems, complaints and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
•Support the sales team with product sampling, demonstrations, and trials at customer sites and provide technical follow-up for projects.
•Organize and conduct professional product presentations, seminars, and hands-on trainings for customers, applicators, and internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a deep focus on concrete or concrete admixtures and related products.
•Kazakh and Russian language skills are mandatory, English is preferred.
•Proficiency in concrete technology, mix design, and troubleshooting.
•Solution-oriented problem solving with strong collaboration and organizational skills.
