Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with the strategic vision for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and the Sustainability and Governance (S&G) team.
  • •Review and manage Indian projects related claims and coordinate with legal & Contracts Management.
  • •Implement and execute proactive legal policies to minimize risk and protect the organization.
  • •Draft prime contract flow down requirements into vendor subcontracts, purchase orders or existing MSAs.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate and approve vendor purchase orders, supply orders and subcontracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in law preferably a J.D. or LLB from a reputed Indian university with 5-10 years of broad legal experience in construction, industrial or energy sectors, focusing on supply chain support, contract drafting and negotiation.
  • •Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.
  • •Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law in a business environment.
  • •Excellent writing, research and commercial negotiation skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • •Proactive thinker and creative problem solver with ability to work collaboratively with a global, diverse team.
