Key Responsibilities

•Provide complete accountability and direction for the entire project from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and the client.
•Manage all facets of the project to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
•Oversee pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, procurement, and contract closeout activities.
•Maintain primary fiscal responsibility and act as the key liaison between the client and the project team.
•Develop and lead project teams for successful delivery of healthcare facilities, including hospital and ambulatory care projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,306.47 - 346,516.98 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of experience in construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
•Experience in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care construction sectors.
•Demonstrated experience selling and delivering healthcare construction projects.
•Strong relationships within the Boston/New England healthcare construction market.
•Preferred: experience from a large general contractor on projects up to $100MM and building teams for preconstruction, scheduling, sequencing through close-out.
