Job Summary

Design, architect, and build secure, scalable full-stack applications in a fintech environment. Key Responsibilities

•Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, Python, React, and JavaScript.
•Build high-performance backend services and efficient front-end interactions using strong DSA knowledge.
•Design and implement microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs, along with modular front-end components.
•Use GenAI coding tools (e.g., Cline, Copilot) to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity.
•Ensure code quality, scalability, observability, system reliability, and contribute to performance tuning and long-term maintainability.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) plus 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, or Bachelor’s plus 5+ years.
•Strong full-stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and Python, including building scalable backend services.
•Frontend proficiency with React and JavaScript, with component-driven architecture, hooks, and state management (TypeScript a plus).
•Deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to implement optimized solutions and analyze performance trade-offs.
•Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding best practices.
