Job Summary

Drive probe and final test development for highly integrated multi-rail power management devices. Generate test plans and ATE test/characterization programs, design hardware interface boards, and debug silicon on ATE while correlating results to bench data. Analyze silicon and yield fallout, optimize test time, support failure analysis, and partner with design and production teams to qualify, validate, and release products to volume production for new DCDC converters.

•Generate test plans and create test and characterization programs, including ATE hardware interface board design.

•Perform statistical yield analysis, debug/fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
•Support qualification/characterization and collaborate with production to release products to volume production.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
•5+ years of relevant experience.
•Background in probe and final test development of complex mixed-signal circuits.
•Experience with analog test techniques and electronic devices/circuits.
•Proficiency in scripting/programming in C++, Python, or C#.
