Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of power generation technicians to operate, maintain, and repair prime and standby diesel generators.
  • •Maintain and repair powerhouse auxiliary mechanical and electrical equipment to support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Conduct job risk assessments and develop safe work plans ahead of work.
  • •Perform engine failure analysis and field repairs using OEM diagnostic tools and service manuals.
  • •Complete PM inspections, testing, and accurate downtime reporting in SAP; record work orders and report hazards/near hits.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) certification.
  • •Minimum five years’ experience in an industrial setting operating and maintaining power generation equipment.
  • •Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs on remote field equipment.
  • •Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • •Ability to operate within MS Office and SAP environments.
