Job Summary

Execute EUV production tools maintenance at customer sites, including repairs, fault troubleshooting, upgrades, and routine PM, while ensuring system availability, yield, and safety/compliance. Perform validation, hardware replacements and installations in the CS organization, execute SOP/WI work with documentation, and report progress, risks, and status updates. Build and transfer knowledge, participate CI and RCA, and support handovers with accurate materials and deviation reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide EUV CS technical support on customer sites: repair, fault resolution, upgrades, and routine PM to maintain availability, yield, and safety compliance.
•Execute basic troubleshooting and support restoring equipment operation while strictly following operating procedures.
•Build and transfer knowledge by maintaining up-to-date understanding of processes and learning from senior engineers.
•Conduct process improvements and continuous improvement (CI), including problem root cause analysis (RCA) and improvement suggestions.
•Manage handovers and documentation: submit high-quality material notifications, witness reports, forms, deviations, and parts consumption tracking; escalate when necessary.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Able to work within instructions and handle common exceptions with appropriate judgment in similar situations.
•Perform maintenance/repairs/upgrades according to SOP/WI, including required checks and documentation.
•Good English/Mandarin communication skills and ability to record and manage documents.
•Hands-on hardware skills or relevant practical experience, with attention to detail and discipline.
•Be able to travel as needed and potentially work shifts (including nights) or weekend support based on project schedules.
