Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage SAP ERP implementation across the company.
  • •Design and align SAP processes, modules, and workflows with manufacturing and commercial requirements.
  • •Coordinate with managers, department heads, key users, and the SAP implementation partner to deliver on time, within budget, and per agreed requirements.
  • •Act as the bridge between management/users and the SAP implementation partner.
  • •Support activities including data migration, testing, training, and go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7+ years of ERP/SAP experience with at least 2–3 complete SAP implementation projects.
  • •Strong manufacturing/industrial experience (manufacturing, production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing, finance).
  • •Strong experience with SAP Business One.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP modules: PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, and FI/CO.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional implementation teams and manage testing, training, and go-live; excellent English and communication skills.
