Job Summary

Coordinate planning and order support activities within a distribution center team of three, including production planning for montage flows and follow-up on customer orders and deviations. Manage purchasing and consumption materials for montage flows, ensure inventory availability using MRP runs and availability tools, and coordinate capacity and staffing with team leadership. Optimize planning-related data and processes while supporting an ERP transition to D365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform production planning for montage flows and maintain close dialogue with warehouse colleagues.
•Follow up on customer orders and handle any deviations.
•Handle purchasing and follow-up on consumption materials for montage flows.
•Ensure inventory availability through MRP runs and availability tools.
•Coordinate with the Team Manager and Team Lead on capacity and staffing, and optimize planning-related data and processes.

Key Requirements

•A few years of practical experience in planning.
•Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is preferred.
•Solid knowledge of Excel.
•Ability to use Danish and English confidently in written and spoken communication.
•Structured working style and ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused and supply chain context.
