Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and complete US payroll processing, including maintaining employee information and hours/earnings and auditing entered data.
  • •Distribute payments to employees and resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
  • •Provide final payroll reports on weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly schedules.
  • •Resolve escalated/complex payroll issues that require managerial intervention or involve other process areas.
  • •Support internal, external, and corporate audits as necessary.
