Job Summary

Lead Project Controller responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), leading schedule development, and delivering robust project controls and KPI reporting. You’ll analyse trend data, manage EVM metrics, and provide insights to support decision making within a matrix defence training environment, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across military and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring activities and milestones are logically linked and cost-loaded
•Lead and support schedule development as the programme progresses
•Analyse trend data and provide programme metrics to support reports and customer meetings
•Ensure baseline control management and auditable change trails are maintained
•Develop and analyse Earned Value Management (EVM) data and perform root-cause analysis for BEI/variance

Key Requirements

•Experience operating in joint or matrixed teams
•Ability to communicate across military and industry partners
•Focused on outcomes, delivery, and operational excellence
•Seasoned professional in a Project/Programme Controls environment
•Experience with Microsoft Project EPM 2010/13/16 and other Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
