Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years of engineering management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing engineers.
  • •Proven track record delivering and operating distributed systems at scale in production, including reviewing code and leading incidents/triage when needed.
  • •Translate ambiguous, long-horizon technical problems into concrete execution plans with measurable milestones.
  • •Experience with financial systems, event-driven architectures, or high-precision transaction processing where correctness and reliability are critical.
  • •Comfort leading teams across backend services, streaming pipelines, and full-stack tooling, with an appreciation for developer/operator UX.
