Key Responsibilities

•Embed with investment, talent, and development teams to run research and uncover where tools fail, then turn insights into an opinionated point of view.
•Design high-craft product experiences end-to-end, from information architecture and interaction design to visual design, for both humans and agents.
•Build working front ends yourself using Claude, Claude Code, and AI prototyping tools, partnering with engineers for backend and technical work.
•Act as the product owner for workflows: set strategy, prioritize, define what good looks like, and measure impact on how people work.
•Teach and raise design standards across the firm by contributing reusable patterns to core systems and helping others build differently.

Key Requirements

•10+ years designing and shipping software products, with substantial ownership of user research (discovery interviews and synthesis).
•Strong practice across interaction, information architecture, and product thinking, with visual design as a notable strength and a compelling portfolio.
