Key Responsibilities

  • •Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver in multiple phases, and ensure timely delivery with teammates.
  • •Collaborate with product management, design & analytics to ideate, articulate constraints, and balance risks and trade-offs.
  • •Create and monitor metrics, escalate when needed, and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts.
  • •Contribute to team growth through participation in the interview process and development activities.
  • •Navigate and debug a large codebase, provide feedback through code reviews, and own personal growth.
