Own the Marketplace Experience performance narrative across your region by driving governance of key KPIs such as Experience-Driven Value Loss, Cost-to-Serve/Recover, and the Retention Gap. Identify structural value-loss drivers across Customer, Rider, and Partner journeys, quantify financial impact, challenge inefficiencies with clear action plans, and lead performance reviews with GMs and senior stakeholders. Escalate systemic issues to Global teams and ensure consistent reporting and decision frameworks.
