Job Summary

As a Production Associate in the Sensors and Integrated Systems (SIS) division, you’ll assemble and solder production PC boards and wire gyro assemblies according to wiring diagrams, operating instructions, and assembly drawings. You’ll select and verify components, perform rework and repair on returned units, and support packing and material handling tasks. The role emphasizes quality checks, cleanliness in clean rooms, and completing required cross-training.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble, wire, and solder production PC boards for mounting with gyros per specifications.
•Study bills of material and assembly drawings to select components, insert them properly, and route/cut wires to length.
•Mount PC boards to gyro assemblies and connect/solder wires to posts on gyros and PC boards.
•Perform rework and repair on units returned from test and quality control using tools and cleaning agents.
•Handle materials and support packing/shipping, including ultrasonic degreasing and maintaining clean-room cleanliness.
