Job Summary

Underwrite and administer bond-related processes by supporting the underwriting team, handling end-to-end bond administration for basic to moderately complex cases, responding to agent/broker servicing requests, and ensuring accurate invoicing and file documentation while leveraging basic knowledge of relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Works under close Underwriter and Manager supervision to handle end-to-end bond administration, responding to basic agent/broker servicing requests to help ensure delivery of excellent service.
•Demonstrates basic knowledge of relevant systems, processes, procedures of business segment(s) supported.
•Demonstrates basic understanding of broker/agent needs and ensures they are met within span of influence; Responds to inquiries, escalating issues and communicating with appropriate team members to obtain information as needed; Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, acting as the primary UW Team contact for billing questions and disputes.
•Performs end-to-end bond administration on basic to moderately complex business including but not limited to:
•New Bond Rate/Quote requests

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 23.8 - 38.94 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and no prior experience in the Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Insurance area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and no prior experience in the Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Insurance area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Administrative, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Insurance area AND Knowledge of data collection and analysis
•Microsoft Office experience
