Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of bridge warfare training using simulation systems.
  • •Operate and prepare bridge simulators for realistic training scenarios.
  • •Provide tactical communications and whole-of-ship emulation during exercises.
  • •Contribute to development of training materials and course improvements.
  • •Maintain compliance with Defence and Serco training standards and participate in debriefs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an RAN sailor in a bridge or operations room environment.
  • •Experience or interest in training delivery or instructional roles.
  • •Strong communication skills and confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • •Confidence using Microsoft Office and working in structured environments.
  • •Ability to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 or higher.
