Key Responsibilities

•Support the Store Manager to achieve store sales and KPI targets through mid-to-long term strategies, expense control, sales and customer service.
•Maintain high standards of customer service in line with the brand values.
•Process sales, exchanges and returns at the register following company discount directives.
•Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training and developing team members with ongoing performance monitoring.
•Analyze customer profiles and sales trends to steer the business with the Store Manager and assist in communicating, managing and executing marketing initiatives and events within budget.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of managerial experience in a Retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear).
•Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and develop team members.
•Proficiency with PC programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet).
•Passion for the Puma brand and an interest in the commercial side of the business.
•Fluent in English with an outgoing, customer-focused personality and willingness to travel for short trips within Italy and Europe.
