Support Ferguson’s Industrial inside sales by working with sales associates to match customers with the right BPE products and solutions. Provide timely, accurate quotations for MRO and project needs, manage sales orders, and coordinate customer deliveries. Handle inbound sales calls, resolve questions for customers and associates, and use CRM to manage customer projects and specific requirements. Review and interpret project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
