Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Director of Keynote Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders to produce engaging keynote experiences, translating messaging into presentation, multimedia, and demo content.
  • •Manage end-to-end production for keynote presentations and supporting assets (videos, product demonstrations, customer stories, motion graphics), ensuring on-time delivery and readiness for live presentation.
  • •Drive alignment across executive communications, product marketing, brand, creative, event teams, and agencies, connecting stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Lead day-to-day presentation design, motion graphics, and video production, providing feedback, managing production timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules and manage risks, dependencies, milestones, rehearsals, approvals, and final show delivery; run post-event retrospectives and update templates/playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, creative production, or executive presentations.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with interdependent workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • •Experience working with external creative agencies or production vendors, proactively managing risks and decision points.
