People Operations Specialist

Manage people operations across the employee lifecycle, including admissions, contract changes, probation controls, and terminations. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS) and internal applications, respond to employee HR questions, and perform monthly controls and validations. Contribute to People projects such as new tools and process improvements, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, accurate HR administration.
