•Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
•Listen to customers to identify personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
•Greet customers and provide a warm, hospitality-focused experience while balancing efficiency and high-volume operations.
