Job Summary

Manage IT contract creation and lifecycle for Avery Dennison’s global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Shared Services team. Support IT sourcing managers with contract negotiations and drafting of commercial terms, including approvals and post-execution renewals. Contribute to global sourcing strategy with market analysis, RFx vendor evaluation, cost forecasts, and negotiation planning, while partnering cross-functionally and cross-regionally to drive vendor optimization and consistent processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Balance daily operational work with assigned strategic sourcing projects.
•Deliver global IT sourcing strategies, including market analysis, RFx vendor evaluation, cost forecasts, and negotiation strategy.
•Negotiate IT contracts, draft commercial terms, facilitate approvals, and manage post-execution systems of record and renewals.
•Support deployment of consistent vendor management processes, including annual executive reviews and monitoring vendor performance.
•Partner cross-functionally and cross-regionally with stakeholders, IT sourcing managers, and finance to identify optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, and drafting/negotiating IT contracts (6+ years preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
•Strong project and process management skills to handle multiple vendors and independent tasks.
•Solid written and oral communication skills to advise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
•Deep understanding of enterprise IT operations with strong accountability and collaboration.
