Security/Door Host

Maintain safety and security for staff, artists, vendors, and guests at an intimate live music venue. Proactively interact with guests, remove hazards, prevent and resolve altercations, and lead emergency evacuation procedures when needed. Inspect guests with metal detection or pat-down searches, enforce venue policies for recording devices and weapons, monitor areas throughout shifts, and document daily activities and irregularities while communicating using radios and signals.
