Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver HR customer service to agreed performance levels, processing incoming calls and emails and redirecting as appropriate.
  • •Resolve queries through investigation and customer interaction, escalating cases where needed to specialist teams.
  • •Make immediate data changes to employee information in systems/files and manage supporting documents.
  • •Manage workload in the case management system, including comprehensive notes and audit trails.
  • •Act as a Workday subject matter expert, coach employees/managers, support HR projects (e.g., reward cycle, organization restructure), and uphold compliance, privacy, and COBC controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in HR is desirable.
  • •Experience working in a Shared Services environment is advantageous.
  • •Prior experience delivering excellent customer experience is essential.
  • •Experience working in a high-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and managing expectations.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel) and aptitude to quickly learn HR systems and new technologies.
