Key Requirements

  • •CAD/BIM tools experience (Bentley OBD/Aecosim or MicroStation and Revit)
  • •HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • •Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or equivalent)
  • •Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant technical design guidance
  • •Architectural working experience in rail, transport or other complex architectural design
