  • •Define and document current and future-state capabilities to support gap analysis, solution design, development, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology-enabled environment supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality, with a Bachelor's degree (or 7+ years with a high school diploma).
  • •Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, relational databases, and workflow-driven systems.
  • •Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • •Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to work through complex scenarios independently.
  • •Experience with application lifecycle management (enhancements, upgrades, sustainment) and success in cross-functional, matrixed organizations, including prior GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience.
