Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Asia Pacific air freight strategy aligned to global objectives for cost, service, and scalability.
•Lead end-to-end air freight operations across Asia Pacific with standardization and optimization.
•Own regional air freight performance including P&L accountability, cost optimization, and delivery against financial and operational targets.
•Establish performance management frameworks with KPIs and dashboards to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
•Lead digital transformation and innovation, including analytics/automation initiatives; manage carriers through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
•10+ years in freight transportation, logistics, or supply chain management with progressively increasing responsibility.
•Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and regional logistics operations.
•Proven track record of strategic planning, execution, and performance improvement in the air freight industry.
•Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regional environment.
