Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce periodic reporting (monthly/quarterly/annually) for Coach Japan business support, including sales performance and variances.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making for covered markets/brands.
  • •Build bottom-up sales plans/forecasts for Coach Japan by sales channel and support the annual forecast and Long Range Plan.
  • •Track and communicate Coach Japan sales performance, synthesizing daily/weekly results and explaining variances for leadership reviews.
  • •Support sales driving analysis and store CAPEX investment analysis, collaborating with internal teams and business partners on special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, or relevant experience in financial institutions.
  • •University degree in Finance or Economics.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookup and Sumif.
  • •Business Japanese at N1 level with mid-business English (listening/reading required; speaking/writing preferred).
  • •CPA or CFA qualifications are a plus.
