Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a “Category of One” customer experience by taking and processing small business loan applications for community lending customers.
  • •Communicate with customers, branch partners, and underwriters to submit applications and obtain credit decisions.
  • •Field new opportunities via internal, inbound phone calls.
  • •Use Elite Digital Lobby to communicate with customers and transfer documents.
  • •Partner with branch colleagues and support approved applications handoff to Business Lending Client Specialists for back-end sales support.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales in financial services or a credit environment.
  • •Business banking sales/lending experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills (face-to-face, phone, and chat) with professional grammar and demeanor.
