Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build an AI-native migration product that enables moving data, configurations, and workflows with minimal manual intervention.
  • •Use coding agents to accelerate migration development, including scaffolding migration scripts and generating/validating transformation logic.
  • •Integrate coding agents into the product to support customization, automated testing, and validation of migration workflows.
  • •Use BA agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and surface edge cases before they become blockers.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality/security/scalability requirements are met, and help evolve agile engineering practices for AI-assisted development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a software engineering role using one or more high-level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust, etc.).
  • •Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
  • •Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
  • •Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • •Experience across the software development life cycle and ability to produce well-tested, high-quality code.
