Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production operations tasks including receiving product from press, stacking, bundling, labeling pallet labels, and palletizing.
  • •Assist with Hugo Beck operations (setup, troubleshooting basics, alignment, tightening/loosening bundles) and ensure correct loading through bundling machines.
  • •Review and ensure quality and accuracy of completed jobs; notify operators of problems or errors and pull product samples for quality audits as required.
  • •Support OHSE requirements including PPE use, hazard materials/waste handling procedures, cleaning/housekeeping, and safe use of lifting equipment.
  • •Assist with make-ready and downtime activities (purging, changing rollers/stacker, handling cylinders/pumps/ink sumps, installing print unit cassettes, blade setup/cleanup, and press area maintenance).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; able to stand, stoop, bend/reach, climb/kneel/crouch, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Must be able to rotate shifts and work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed.
