Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • •Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR domains and coordinate remediation with accountable owners to avoid downstream manual work or side effects.
  • •Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment across EOR Operations by maintaining clarity on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • •Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to EOR operating mechanisms with accuracy, security, and measurable impact.
  • •Establish and improve EOR-wide operating mechanisms (intake/routing, handoffs, escalation paths, documentation standards, and reusable SOP patterns) and own recurring reporting inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a similar cross-functional role (ideally in EOR Operations).
