Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of SMB clients and ensure quarterly engagement.
•Build long-term client relationships by understanding goals, challenges, and key stakeholders.
•Analyze TAM and TikTok performance to develop strategies for retention, churn reduction, and increased platform dependency.
•Forecast and size opportunities, conduct data-driven analysis to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities, and track KPIs.
•Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate across teams, and support client issues with technical teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a digital advertising or ecommerce sales position.
•Strong understanding of sales processes, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiations.
•Familiarity with trends and brands within the advertising industry.
•Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate complex solutions and drive client engagement.
•Data-driven mindset to analyze account performance, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations.
