Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, revise, and maintain planning documents with clear process instructions aligned to design and process specifications.
  • •Assess upstream and downstream impacts, updating interfaces between teams to minimize communication issues.
  • •Interpret drawings and specifications to produce accurate, well-reviewed technician-level work instructions that meet design requirements.
  • •Create and maintain graphics-heavy, user-friendly instruction and process documents for producing and testing flight hardware and ground support equipment.
  • •Optimize order of operations and assembly sequence to maximize build efficiency and reduce technician error.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree and 1+ years of experience in aerospace, avionics, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production; or 3+ years of experience in these areas.
  • •Create and maintain planning documents that conform to design and process specifications.
  • •Interpret manufacturing/assembly drawings and process specifications to produce accurate technician-level work instructions.
  • •Incorporate engineering redlines/edits into technical specifications, test procedures, and work instructions.
  • •Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
