Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
  • •Hands-on experience developing test programs using Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop test programs with complex test flows to support chip specifications for performance and power
  • •Experience with SmarTest7 and SmarTest8 operating systems (SmarTest8 experience is a plus)
  • •Ability to debug and troubleshoot failure mechanisms and perform volume data analysis (including correlating failures with system failures)
