ATE Test Development Engineer

Develop and validate automated test programs on ATE systems for ASIC product characterization and failure diagnosis. Create test flows and methods, build characterization programs to identify failing circuits, and develop screens to resolve issues at test time. Support R&D of structural and functional test methodologies, assist qualification-related chip testing, and perform electrical and thermal root-cause analysis. Analyze results, conduct volume data analysis, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
