Job Summary

Support logistics operations for TikTok Shop across Europe by analyzing carrier collection and delivery performance and other logistics KPIs against targets. Help conduct carrier business review (WBR) deep dives, identify operational gaps between couriers and merchants, and produce metric reports. Propose improvements to optimize day-to-day logistics using AI tools, while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery) and other logistics metrics to identify gaps versus targets.
•Support carrier WBR deep dives and help solve operational issues between couriers and merchants.
•Prepare ad-hoc reports on logistics performance metrics.
•Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimize day-to-day logistics operations.
•Contribute to commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree and available for a minimum 12+ week full-time internship commitment.
•Fluency in Italian and English for communication with stakeholders, vendors, and 3PLs.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data analysis.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong communication skills.
•Preferred: prior internship or academic project experience in data engineering/AI/computer science/analytics/mathematics or related fields.
