Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers to ensure safe operation, and complete customer paperwork with detailed notes in the customer tracking system. The role emphasizes safe driving, a clean record, physical readiness for extended activity, and meeting state-specific requirements like notary and specialized licenses.
