Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and understand documentation for the project controls scope of services.
  • •Direct cost engineering activities including cost estimating, cost control, change management, and cost analysis.
  • •Direct planning and scheduling functions including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • •Prepare internal and external cost reports; analyze deviations and trends and advise on corrective actions.
  • •Ensure weekly and monthly reconciliation between project cost reports and Accounting cost and billing information, liaising with client personnel as needed.
