•Provide floor leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training of selling team to uphold client service standards.
•Manage Métier merchandising on the floor, identify stock needs, and coordinate with Directors and Merchants to address opportunities and issues.
•Oversee bi-annual Podium buying preparation for areas of responsibility and ensure visual standards are met.
•Maintain consistent communication with store leadership, prepare weekly business updates, and present at Leadership meetings.
•Coach and develop staff performance, conduct monthly productivity discussions, and ensure staffing aligned with business goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,295 - 133,455 annually
