Key Responsibilities

•Supervise a small, but growing IT engineering team in India, overseeing critical IT automation, AI and DevOps projects
•Supervise the evaluation, innovation, development & implementation, of any variety of internal SaaS Engineering automation systems/AI projects geared to produce efficiency at scale
•Provide formal performance management support and review to all direct India reports, but share dotted line day-to-day supervisory capacity with US leadership
•Serve as the domain expert on implementation, management, and support of Business technology products and IT applications
•Develop metrics and dashboards to provide business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering or related field

•Strong expertise in AWS and GCP cloud platforms
